Make payment.

Option 1: Pay by check

Please Send a check payable to “Parkinson Association of Minnesota” to 2205 Zealand Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55427. Please note “Perfect Jumps” in the memo.

Option 2: Pay by credit card
